Phase 1: Technical Integration and Certification Checklist

Complete these technical requirements to develop, test, and certify your Double the Donation integration.

Execute the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (mNDA) and Partnerships Agreement

Review and sign the Double the Donation mNDA and Partnerships Agreement to initiate the partnership. These standardized agreements are not subject to revisions and serve as a mandatory prerequisite for the provisioning of production API keys and technical documentation access.

Once both documents are fully executed by both parties, we will provide you with finalized versions for your records and release your technical credentials. If you have not yet received these documents for signature, please reach out to partners@doublethedonation.com.

Develop and test your Double the Donation integration

Refer to our Integration Documentation to develop your integration and test the build against the functional scenarios outlined in our User Stories to ensure a seamless donor and administrator experience.

Conduct a Live Integration Demonstration for Certification

Schedule your integration demo. During this live screenshare meeting, you will demonstrate the end-to-end user journey and validate core troubleshooting scenarios with the Double the Donation Partnerships team.

Provision an Account for Double the Donation

Please provision a nonprofit sandbox account for partners@doublethedonation.com configured to allow for a complete, end-to-end donation flow. This environment must be fully functional to showcase the entire integration lifecycle, including activation, the donor experience, and all relevant reporting, as it is essential for our final Quality Assurance (QA) certification and the creation of support resources for our mutual clients.


Phase 2: Marketing and Sales Enablement

Once technical certification is granted by the Double the Donation team, the focus shifts to commercial alignment and market launch.

Coordinate Strategic Marketing and Launch Initiatives

Schedule strategy meetings with the Double the Donation Partnerships team to align on a phased marketing rollout. Partners will collaborate with our team to develop a customized timeline that covers pre-launch internal enablement, public-facing launch announcements, and ongoing co-marketing activities to drive integration awareness and adoption.

Save your unique Double the Donation Partner Interest Form and the official Integration Overview PDF.

  • Share the Partner Interest Form with clients who don’t have a Double the Donation account so they can request a consultation with our team.
  • You are authorized to distribute the Overview PDF to your team and nonprofit clients at your own discretion.
